I am going to use this page to give you an summary of what we do.
Jan 1st-
We have 4 projects running at the same time for the next couple of weeks. I think I lost a couple because some people just don't want to wait for the right guys!
There's the 3 story out in the country - We're painting everywhere inside and out two coats, it's going to be a great change.
We have a luxury condo on the beach that in addition to the complete interior paint, including cabinets, we are repairing shower floors, removing old electrical fixtures, and having some plumbing and electrical work done for the remodel
Next door to the three story, we have an exterior paint job also! Also we start a complete exterior two-story in Port Orange that has been scheduled 6 months ago.
Jan 9th
Still going strong on all our jobs from last week. Finished one exterior on Tuesday.
Bid Casa De Pablo, big job. Another remodel on the beach. We'll see.
Jan 19th.
We finished painting the two-story exterior in Ormond Beach FL, and will be finishing the condo on the beach in Daytona Beach Shores over the next couple of days. Might have to put in a few hours Saturday. The guys usually don't mind! Have the 3-story to finish up next week. Got the house next door finished today. I've got a smaller job lined up for Monday and another Wednesday in addition to the big one next week.
Jan 28th
A very busy week. One of those when you just can't be everywhere you are wnted to be. But we have made a lot of progress again, and after a quiet weekend, I will be painting my best to get everything done I have scheduled which includes starting a home with 14 colors inside. I think that is a record. And another smaller job, although just as important! Bid a couple of really big projects I'd like to get.
Feb 7th
The trend of being busy is continuing this week, although I have run a little late on a couple of jobs, we have more work piling up so we are just going to have to grow our capabilities! We have the 4300 sq ft penthouse condominium to start, It just may turn out an opportunity to be some of the best work I've ever done in 30 years! Very high end work! Just finishing the house with all the colors. Couple of smaller painting jobs to do this week. And I may have just lined up steady work year round for a crew of 5 guys.
Feb 15th
Finishing up a couple of jobs this week I've been working on for a couple of months. Starting a couple more big ones.
February 18, 2012
Just about to start the new remodel in Flagler on the beach. TOTAL demo, and rebuild it from the ceiling down, or the floor up.
March 4th, 2012
Finishing up a couple of big projects this week, starting a couple more. Two complete exteriors. First one took a day and a half to Pressure Clean! Hoping to start a new remodel too soon.
March 14th
I am deliberatly slowing things down a bit. Instead of trying to as much as possible. I am reminded that doing what I have as well as possible is the trick. You need to have employees as dedicated to the business as you are. Or as close as you can get.
March 17th
Thank god things have smoothed out for me this week. Remionds me why I love my job. Smooth.....
March 22nd. - Started two interiors today. 4 estimates yesterday. I'll work outside everyday in this weather!h
March 26th - Two Exteriors this week, small ones.
April 5th - We have finally been able to catch up with everything we have going and am glad to say that everything is running smoothly getting all the smaller jobs and warrenty work done, and probably get a three day weekend for Easter!
APR 22nd - Well after some calm this past couple of weeks , I am ready to schedule up a few projects, Day & Night
